I choose Primal Living for one reason... I believe it's the key to unlocking true strength, health and happiness. When you study the way our ancestors lived – the way I have for years – you’ll recognize a series of recurring themes.

These are what I call the Primal Seven. These 7 Primal Hacks are designed to bring out the best version of ourselves, by re-aligning our lifestyle, diet and behavior with a primal way of being and living.


The human body has been perfectly conditioned for an environment that no longer exists. It’s our responsibility to recreate that environment, if we wish to thrive in the modern world. By living primally, we overcome obstacles between ourselves and true health and happiness. We rewrite the mismatch between who we are and the environment in which we live. 

There are ways you can start that don’t require you to move to the woods and hunt for your daily meals. Instead, you can take small steps to optimize your daily habits and routines. Prioritize Movement. Take a cold dips. Walk barefoot and connect to the earth. Be still and know yourself.

Every step you take is a step closer towards re-discovering your primal self, and paving the path towards better living. Most of the Primal Hacks can be actioned, both immediately and without any cost.


The Primal Warrior conquers the world not through violence or aggression, but through gentleness, courage, and self-knowledge.

The Primal Warrior discovers the basic goodness of human life and radiates that goodness out into the world for the peace and love of others.

In our current world, we’re feeling more and more disconnected than ever. 

We scroll through social media, jump on Zoom calls, and scroll through our phones, yet we still feel utterly alone and totally disconnected.

You drag yourself out of bed in the morning to pursue another day without purpose, passion, or success.

You’re just trying to get by and survive.

But something is missing…we feel disconnected and broken
Somehow you were convinced that you have to add something to yourself to feel whole.

Magazines, advertising, TV, movies, and so much more convince us that we are broken and need to be fixed with their product.

For women: it’s makeup, the perfect body, Chanel purses, a dream house, the perfect family.

For men: it’s the fancy cars, a Rolex, or having millions of dollars in the bank.

While all those things are nice, the truth is, they only mask the true problem. They start with the idea that you are broken and need to be fixed.

The truth is, you are not broken. You are just disconnected and distracted.

Disconnected from your source while distracted by the shiny objects, the perfect bodies on social media, the chase for money, and everything else.

This hunt for “perfection” takes us down a path of anxiety and stress because we can never achieve it and we secretly know it.
I was the same. I wanted to have more in my life.

I was pursuing the things I thought I needed to feel whole.

Every day felt like it was on repeat doing the same routine with a lack of passion or purpose. 

I felt drained and exhausted. I started relying on other things to distract me from the misery that soon became addictions.

No matter how much I tried to fix my feelings of emptiness and lack of joy…nothing worked.

I felt disconnected from everything, and I wasn’t sure why.

After failing over and over, I finally reached a point where I had enough. I wanted to wake up feeling alive again. I needed to change something, and fast…
After years of struggling, I finally discovered the root cause of feeling stuck and disconnected…

I was blocked by my own vices.

These vices were the unnecessary “stuff” I was adding to my life to feel better about myself. Instead, it was actually holding me back. 

These vices were literally squeezing the life out of me.

This led me to do more stuff that brought me shame, guilt, and remorse like drinking, drugs, binge eating, and more.

It was a downward spiral until I woke up one day feeling completely broken and ashamed at who I had become.

My vices built up into spiritual blocks that disconnected me from the source of my power, purpose, joy, and my connection to God.

Once I realized this, I knew I had to challenge myself and work on removing these blocks so that I could reconnect with my true self.

I went on a journey to grow my spiritual connection by challenging myself and improving my discipline.

As soon as I tapped into this power again I started to feel amazing. I no longer felt empty and broken. I no longer had to try and fill a void.

Instead, I was overflowing and able to give and serve more from a place of wholeness.

I was completely aligned in mind, body, and soul.
By altering and removing the spiritual blocks from my life, I was able to renew myself, my beliefs, and elevate my life.

This is the primal pathway to happiness, joy, and satisfaction. 

Once you alter these spiritual blocks, you can feel renewed.

No longer will you be a slave to your spiritual blocks and the negative consequences they have on your life.

You will feel free.

Free to live and enjoy the life you desire WITHOUT guilt, remorse, or shame.

This is how I was able to optimize my health, grow my wealth, and pursue things that align with my purpose to bring me lasting fulfillment.

And now I want to challenge you to do the same…
The #1 thing keeping men stuck in mediocrity is their addiction to comfort and convenience.

We've become so spoiled and entitled to instant gratification in this society, that if we can have it immediately, we bitch and complain and don't even try. To be frank... we've been come a generation of pussies and push overs.

To truly become the best and most elite version of yourself... you have to train your mind, body, and spirit to be able adapt and overcome any situation and environment. We can do this daily by getting uncomfortable in controlled situations.

Your body doesn't know the difference between emotional stress or physical stress, to the body stress is stress. Knowing this, we can use primal health principles to not only heal our bodies, but to optimize them and tap into our ultimate human potential physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

If you can train yourself to stay submerged in 35 degree water in the dead of winter, when your mind is screaming at you to get out...

You can train yourself to stay calm when you and your spouse have a disagreement, someone cuts you off in traffic, or, heaven forbid, you find yourself in a life of death situation - like an active shooter scenario or you survive a plan crash in the woods.

Training your body to stay in control of your emotional responses will give you ultimate control over your reality while helping you process trauma from the past, and heal into the man you truly see yourself to be.

This 7 day challenge will not be easy, but I can tell you from personal experience that healed my PTSD, depression, anxiety, and drug addiction... if you commit to a more primal way of living... you WILL transform into the happiest, healthiest, and strongest version of yourself.

Challenge Yourself For 7 Days In A Row!

HOW TO DO THE CHALLENGE: In order to complete the Primal Warrior Challenge, you must complete The Primal Seven daily video challenge that's emailed to you for 7-days in a row

FOLLOW DAILY VIDEOS: In order to complete the challenge, you'll simply institute 1 Primal Hack into your daily routine for 7 days, until you're doing all 7 primal hacks each day.

The first Primal Creed is Sleep because it trumps everything else! It’s the time when body and brain detox, recover, rebuild and restore. 

We can go many months without food (look it up)… only a few weeks without water… but only a few days without sleep… before we die.

To improve your sleep, get early morning sun exposure at the same time everyday to regulate sleep / wake cycles. Finish your last meal 3 to 4 hours before bed.

Enjoy the warmth of the sunset as the final environmental cue that the day is winding down, and then put on a pair of blue light blocking glasses so the blue light from your phone, or artificial lights, don’t trick your brain into thinking it’s daytime all over again.

Start sleeping like our early ancestors did to build your biological resilience.
The second Primal Creed is Nutrition because we evolved eating the whole animal (nose-to-tail, horns-to-hooves).

In the modern world, we choose processed foods and muscle meats over the most nourishing, nutrient-dense bits like liver and bone marrow.

The foods we evolved with (over 2 million years) are the same foods that we still expect today to heal and be healthy.

So drop the processed foods, the seed oils and the liquid calories and start incorporating whole foods, organ meat, bone marrow, heart and bone soups into your primal fare to express the best version of you.
It is only thru stillness and emptiness that we can truly begin to connect and know ourselves. Each day time should be made to breath, meditate, ground, give thanks, and visualize the future you desire.

Connecting to Source is the ultimate life and health hack. On Day 3, I'll outline exactly how you can do this, too!
A mismatch between our ancient and modern environments, in terms of physical activity and natural movement, comes to mind as being almost as big a mismatch as is diet.

That’s why the fourth Primal Creed is Movement… What you do with your body is just as important as what you put into it… in maintaining a “healthy level of movement,” one develops a healthy approach to consumption, where instincts become far more identifiable and beneficial. 

The well-being that builds from balanced movement trumps the need for consumption based satisfaction, such as food, painkillers, alcohol, drugs etc. 

This is how I do it… first thing in the morning I walk for thirty minutes… this is my cup of coffee.

Early afternoon, I walk for thirty minutes… this is my afternoon nap.

After dinner, our tribe walks in rain, snow or shine for thirty minutes. It’s just one foot in front of the other… try it!
Comfort is not good for the organism. This is why the sixth Primal Creed is Cold

Our early ancestors were regularly subjected to cold… it’s like we’re purpose built for it… we have brown adipose tissue which is metabolically active for thermoregulation. 

We also have 60,000 miles of vasculature lined with smooth muscles. Getting cold improves blood circulation… promotes hardening and increases tolerance to stress… and upgrades the immune system by increasing levels of glutathione — our master antioxidant. 

For the Primal Warriors that regularly get cold, you know what I’m talking about. For those seeking a better life, start with cold/hot contrast showers for 30 seconds at a time. Take notice how you feel afterwards… it will keep you coming back for more.
The seventh Primal Creed is Sun because our early ancestors didn’t brush… didn’t floss… didn’t get cavities. 

At the heart of this tenet is mid-day sun exposure bc it produces vitamin D which works synergistically with the other fat-soluble vitamins A and K — this system enables us to remineralize our teeth, support key metabolic factors, improve energy metabolism and optimize immunity. 

Look to mid-day sun for vitamin D, Liver for real vitamin A, and Bone Marrow for vitamin K (the mk-4 variety).

If you want fresh breath, brush your teeth. If you want oral health, a lean body, and all day energy… nourish your body (with sun, liver and bone marrow).
The ninth Primal Creed is Tribe because since the inception of our species, we belonged to tribes with a far greater purpose…

And you’d be hard pressed to find things more primal than that of “purpose” itself…

A purpose for living and surviving...

Whether it was guarding the perimeter from danger to protect one’s tribe… 

a purpose of hunting and foraging to feed one’s tribe… 

a purpose of building, tool making and weapon making to shelter and shield one’s tribe…

a purpose of caretaking and love making to nurture, to nourish and to grow one’s tribe…. 

a purpose of teaching and in tradition, and in play to cultivate wise traditions, to deepen social bonds. 

That kind of purpose decided whether people would live or die. We still need that kind of purpose to be happy and healthy. 

Start by simply putting away the phones and endless hours of scrolling social media and just spend time with loved ones and friends… we’ve always needed each other… we still do!
Also during these 7 days on your challenge, you should strive to avoid drugs, alcohol, porn, and at least 1 personal spiritual block of your choice.

This can be anything you want like food, Netflix, video games, caffeine, meat, sugar, carbs, or anything you want to restrict.

Is this a fitness challenge?
This is not a fitness challenge. This is a challenge to upgrade your mind, body, and soul so that you can answer your calling and fulfill your role to the highest level. Completing the challenge will improve all 3 areas to enhance and alter your life for the better.
How long is this challenge?
To complete the challenge, you must complete the requirements for a minimum of 7 days. If you want to go beyond and challenge yourself further, you can complete the challenge more than once!
How do you track my progress?
This challenge is based on the honor system. We won’t keep track of your progress or penalize you for not succeeding. You can also check in with us live on our daily meditations. We suggest keeping a journal or notebook to track each day you succeed. You can also use any notes app on your phone to track your daily progress.
Will there be support?
We will have a community chat group available for all those who join the challenge. That way you can post updates, and have accountability from us and the Primal Warrior community.

Nope! It’s 100% free to join. We only ask that you fully commit to completing the challenge if you decide to join.
